Awarding 20 gifts and 5 scholarships on the occasion of the establishment of the Vung Tau Market Grassroots Trade Union

On October 11, Vung Tau Ward Trade Union said that it had just coordinated with Working Group No. 5 for local management (Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation) to organize the announcement and awarding of decisions to establish new grassroots trade unions in the area.

In the program, the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union announced decisions on the establishment of the Vung Tau Market Grassroots Trade Union; decisions to admit 37 workers; and appointed the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Vung Tau Market Grassroots Trade Union.

On this occasion, the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union also organized the awarding of 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; 5 scholarships for children of union members of the Vung Tau Market Grassroots Trade Union to overcome difficulties and study well.

According to the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union, the establishment of the Vung Tau Market Grassroots Trade Union will contribute to gathering and uniting workers who are working and trading at the market. Creating conditions for union members to be protected by the trade union for their legitimate and lawful rights and interests; to participate in care and support activities... At the same time, contributing to the development and building of an increasingly strong trade union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
