On October 11, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the trade union had organized 4 trips to take about 5,000 workers to Nha Trang beach (Khanh Hoa province).
This is a welfare program implemented by the trade union for all company workers with a number of about 42,000 people.
The cost for a worker and laborer on a sea trip to Nha Trang is about 2.2 million VND/person.
Previously, on September 19, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the first phase of taking more than 1,300 workers on a 3-day 2-night trip to Nha Trang beach.
According to the schedule, the company's trade union will organize for employees to participate in activities such as: swimming, mini games, lucky draws, sea-crossing cable car experience...
In 2026, the company's trade union will organize a total of 9 trips, taking a number of 13,152 union members and workers to travel to Nha Trang beach.
After that, the trade union will continue to organize sessions in 2027 and 2028.
It is expected that the trade union will complete the transportation of all 42,000 workers to travel to Nha Trang in 3 years.
