Mr. Hoang Trung Dung becomes Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee

On the afternoon of December 31, the Central Organizing Committee held a Conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo assigned and appointed Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee - presented the Politburo's Decision and presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Hoang Trung Dung.

At the same time, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung gave a speech assigning the task to Mr. Hoang Trung Dung. After that, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Trung Dung spoke to accept the assignment.

Mr. Hoang Trung Dung was born on May 21, 1971, hometown: Ha Tinh province. He is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee. He has a high level of political theory, is a PhD in Political Science, majoring in Literature Pedagogy.

Before being appointed as Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine (from March 2025), Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Magazine Agency for the 2025-2030 term (from June 2025).

Mr. Hoang Trung Dung is a member of the 15th National Assembly, a concurrent member of the Cultural and Social Committee of the 15th National Assembly (from February 2025).

Mr. Hoang Trung Dung has held many positions. In which, he has worked for a long time in Ha Tinh province. In January 2021, at the National Party Congress, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.

He also held the positions of Provincial Party Secretary, Secretary of the Military Party Committee, and Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council.
