List of 12 Chief Justice of the Regional People's Court in Nghe An

On July 1, information from the People's Court of Nghe An province said that the agency had just held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of the affiliated area.

This is a step to implement the policy of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the Court sector according to the model of regional People's Courts stipulated in the Law on Organization of the People's Court 2024 (amended), officially effective from July 1, 2025.

According to the arrangement plan, Nghe An ends the operation of 20 People's Courts of districts, cities, and towns, establishing 12 regional People's Courts under the Provincial People's Court. The establishment of the Regional People's Court aims to improve the effectiveness of trials, allocate resources reasonably, serve the people better and meet the requirements of judicial reform.

List of 12 Chief Justice of the Regional People's Court who have just been appointed:

1. Vu Duc Thuy - Chief Justice of Vinh City People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 1 - Nghe An.

2. Le Thi Huyen - Chief Justice of Nghi Loc District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 2 - Nghe An.

3. Phan Van Nguyen - Chief Justice of Dien Chau District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 3 - Nghe An.

4. Hoang Van Thang - Chief Justice of Quynh Luu District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 4 - Nghe An.

5. Cao Khac Chien - Chief Justice of Nam Dan District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 5 - Nghe An.

6. Pham Van Giang - Chief Justice of Yen Thanh District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 6 - Nghe An.

7. Tran Anh Sang - Chief Justice of Do Luong District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 7 - Nghe An.

8. Nguyen Dinh Son - Chief Justice of Thai Hoa Town People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 8 - Nghe An.

9. Lu Thi Dung - Chief Justice of Con Cuong District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 9 - Nghe An.

10. Dao Van Dat - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Quy Hop District - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 10 - Nghe An.

11. Moong Cong Hai - Chief Justice of Tuong Duong District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 11 - Nghe An.

12. Le Huu Loc - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Ky Son District - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 12 - Nghe An.
