General Phan Van Giang works with leaders of Ninh Binh province

Speaking at the working session, General Phan Van Giang shared important orientations on the vision of sustainable development as well as national defense and security tasks in the new situation.

Regarding the long-term vision in planning and development, General Phan Van Giang emphasized the lesson of strategic thinking, "far-sightedness" in public investment and transport infrastructure development.

The modernization process must strictly comply with technical procedures, and at the same time must be associated with environmental protection, expanding green spaces to move towards sustainable development.

Analyzing the new context, General Phan Van Giang affirmed: The Vietnam People's Army is always in a high combat readiness posture, proactively responding to all situations that occur, not to be passive or surprised.

In parallel with that, the Army must play a good role as a solid and reliable support for the people. The General affirmed that cadres and soldiers throughout the army will always be ready to accompany and stand side by side with the people and local authorities in general, and Ninh Binh province in particular, to join hands in building and developing their homeland to become increasingly rich and strong.

Expressing emotion and deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs, the General emphasized: The next generation must always remember their merits, consider taking care of people with meritorious services, policy families and ensuring social security as a responsibility, an order from the heart. The streamlining and arrangement of the apparatus all aims at the core goal of stabilizing life and allowing people to directly enjoy the fruits of development.

Highly appreciating the unique strengths of Ninh Binh's natural landscape, spiritual culture, and transport infrastructure, General Phan Van Giang encouraged the locality to continue expanding green spaces, creating sustainable highlights to attract tourism, investment and improve the quality of life for people.

In his position, General Phan Van Giang affirmed that he will always pay attention, support and assist Ninh Binh province in effectively implementing socio-economic development programs and plans, ensuring social security, national defense - security, and building a clean and strong political system.

At the same time, General Phan Van Giang also expressed his belief that Ninh Binh will have changes, rise strongly, and make breakthroughs in the near future.

On the same day, General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Politburo, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and staff at Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center under the Ninh Binh Provincial Center for Nursing People with Meritorious Services.
