General Luong Tam Quang attends the All People's Day for National Security Protection in Hung Yen

The festival is an opportunity to affirm the strength of the great national unity bloc, widely spread the movement of the entire people participating in protecting national security, building a solid people's security posture right from the grassroots level.

Speaking to direct at the Festival, General Luong Tam Quang acknowledged and praised the outstanding results achieved by the Party Committee, government, police force and people of Viet Tien commune in building the movement "All people protect national security".

The Minister emphasized that the 14th Party Congress continues to deeply affirm the viewpoint "the people are the root"; all guidelines and policies must aim to improve the material and spiritual life of the people, ensure the people's right to mastery, respect, listen to and rely on the people.

The 3rd Central Conference passed a Resolution on building a disciplined, safe, civilized, harmonious, and developed society. For the first time, the Central Executive Committee issued a specialized resolution on building a social model in the new era of development.

The Resolution identifies the goal of building a society rich and strong in material things but not poor in culture, morality and humanity; taking people as the center, culture as the foundation, law and discipline as the pillars, with the ultimate measure being the quality of life, development opportunities and happiness of the People.

To continue to promote the movement's practical effectiveness, the Minister requested Party committees and authorities at all levels to focus on creating development and serving the people best. This is a fundamental factor to build a solid "people's heart formation", creating a foundation for the movement "All people protect national security" to develop sustainably and for the Festival to truly become a festival of the whole people.

Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and Viet Tien Commune Party Committee need to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; maximize new development space, effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the locality; maintain a double-digit economic growth rate; operate the effectiveness, efficiency, and efficiency of the two-level local government model; proactively remove difficulties and obstacles, and serve people and businesses better and better.

On this occasion, the Minister of Public Security, the Command of Military Region 3 and leaders of Hung Yen province also presented many gifts to policy families, households in difficult circumstances and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, adding motivation for the movement to spread more widely.

Previously, General Luong Tam Quang and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of martyr mother Ta Thi Hai, in Yen Khe village, Viet Tien commune; offered incense at the Memorial House of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.

The gratitude activity expresses the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", deep gratitude to families with meritorious services to the revolution, and at the same time affirms the humanistic tradition of the People's Police force that is always attached and accompanies the People.
