Vietnam Airlines Cuisine Festival attracts a large number of aviation industry union members

Speaking at the program, Mr. Dao Manh Kien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Airlines Corporation said that in a joyful and excited atmosphere to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the Trade Union of the Corporation organized Vietnam Airlines Food Festival 2026.

This is an opportunity to meet, exchange, share and create more joyful moments, connecting after days of responsible work and effort.

Mr. Dao Manh Kien said that throughout the development journey of the Corporation, each achievement has the contribution of the team of officials, union members, and employees in all units and positions.

In particular, Vietnam Airlines women always show dedication, responsibility, professionalism and bravery; both completing professional tasks well and taking care of their families, contributing to building a humane, united and positive working environment.

In particular, the Food Festival is a place where each unit can introduce their own unique features through dishes, booths and organization methods.

Behind each booth are not only elaborately prepared dishes but also the joint efforts, creativity and solidarity of the collective.

I acknowledge and highly appreciate the response and active participation of affiliated Trade Unions, units and all union members and workers.

It is the enthusiasm and contribution of each collective and each individual that has created the atmosphere of today's Festival and continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying and caring for the spiritual life of union members and workers" - Mr. Dao Manh Kien expressed.

Within the framework of the program, the Corporation's Trade Union commended and rewarded outstanding female union members and employees with the most outstanding contributions in the emulation movement "Good at work, good at home" in the period 2010 - 2025.

It is known that this year's Festival includes 3 competitions:

The first competition - "Culinary" competition: Each team prepares 03 traditional Vietnamese dishes (opening dish, main dish and dessert) to honor and introduce Vietnamese culinary culture to international friends. The judges will score based on quality flavor, hygiene, safety and aesthetics in presentation.

Part two - "Beautiful Restaurant" contest: The Judging Panel scores based on the seller's costumes, booth space decoration ideas and the richness of dishes; especially prioritizing bonus points for booths with interactive folk game corners or selling handicraft souvenirs.

The third competition - "Village Market Beauty": Each team sends 01 female representative to participate in performing traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups.
