Trade Union of VNPT Group Agency organizes the 3rd Conference of the Executive Committee, term XXVII

The conference aims to assess the results of trade union activities in the first 9 months of the year and agree on directions and key tasks for the last 3 months of 2026.

The conference was chaired by Ms. San Thi Binh, Standing Vice President of VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Group's Agency.

In the past time, the Trade Union of the VNPT Group Agency has closely followed the leadership of the VNPT Trade Union, the Party Committee and the political and business production tasks of the Group Agency; proactively deploying trade union activities according to the set programs and plans.

The work of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers continues to be concerned. Activities to care for material, spiritual, cultural, and sports life; propaganda and mobilization of union members; launching and deploying emulation movements are organized in accordance with the actual situation, contributing to building a united, responsible and effective working environment.

The Trade Union also focuses on promoting the role of union members in performing professional tasks, encouraging the spirit of creativity and innovation, contributing to professionally completing assigned tasks.

Besides the achieved results, the conference frankly exchanged and assessed the shortcomings and limitations in the process of implementing activities; and at the same time agreed on solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of trade union activities in the coming time.

Based on the results of the first 9 months of the year, the conference agreed that in the last 3 months of 2026, the Group's Agency Trade Union will focus on a number of key tasks.

Accordingly, continue to promote propaganda and mobilization of union members and workers to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and VNPT's regulations; promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, creativity, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Emulation movements continue to be implemented in conjunction with the production and business tasks of the Group, the tasks of the Group's Agency; encouraging union members to promote initiatives, innovation, application of technology and digital transformation, improving productivity, quality and work efficiency.

The Trade Union continues to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; coordinate with professional departments to take care of life, well implement the work of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers...

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Ms. San Thi Binh requested the Executive Committee and trade unions directly under the VNPT Group Agency Trade Union to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity; focus on effectively implementing the agreed tasks.

In which, trade union activities need to continue to be innovated in a practical and effective direction, taking union members and workers as the center, linking trade union activities with professional tasks, production and business and VNPT's development goals.

At the same time, improve the quality of service for union members, creating an environment for union members to promote their capacity, initiatives and make positive contributions to the overall development of the Group.

The 3rd Conference of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Group's Agency, term XXVII, term 2025–2030, agreed on key contents and implementation solutions in the coming time, creating a basis for the Trade Union of the Group's Agency to continue to effectively implement tasks in 2026, towards completing the set goals and preparing well for the 2027 work program.
