Giving "Trade Union Shelter" and giving livelihoods to rubber workers in difficult circumstances in Dak Lak
Dak Lak - Dakruco Trade Union also gives breeding cows, adding motivation for young workers in difficult circumstances to rise up and stabilize their lives.
On October 10th, the grassroots Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) said that the unit had just coordinated with Cu Bao Farm Branch to donate "Trade Union Shelter" houses and breeding cows to two families of workers in difficult circumstances in Buon Kwang, Dak Lak province.
In her new spacious house, Ms. H Lem Ayun could not hide her joy when her family had a stable place to live after many years of striving to make a living.
The house was completed after more than 3 months of construction. In which, Dakruco supported 50 million VND, the remaining funding was matched by the family. The house not only helps Ms. H Lem Ayun's family stabilize their accommodation but is also a support for members to feel secure in working and gradually improve their lives.
On the same occasion, Ms. H Don Nie, a worker in difficult circumstances in Kwang hamlet, was given a breeding cow worth 15 million VND, creating more conditions for family economic development.
Ms. H Don Nie shared that although income from salaries and bonuses in recent years has improved, her family's life is still difficult. Therefore, she is very happy to be supported with breeding cows and sees this as an opportunity to increase income.
I myself have learned and learned from experience in raising cows and preparing barns. I will try to take good care of the cows so that they can reproduce, create additional income, and help my family gradually stabilize their lives," Ms. H Don Nie confided.
Both workers are young, just over 30 years old, diligent in their work and can continue to be attached to Cu Bao Farm for a long time. Therefore, these practical supports not only help them overcome immediate difficulties but also create motivation to stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work.
Mr. Huynh The Phuc - Vice Chairman of Dakruco Trade Union - said that the handover of houses and breeding cows shows the concern of businesses and trade union organizations for union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Through this, workers have more conditions to stabilize their accommodation, develop livelihoods and gradually improve their quality of life.
From new roofs to breeding cows, practical gifts contribute to adding motivation for workers, especially workers in ethnic minority areas, to rise up and improve their lives.

In 2026, Dakruco grassroots trade union plans to support the construction of 23 "Trade Union Shelter" houses and donate 15 breeding cows to workers at affiliated farms.
Up to now, the unit has allocated funds to support 5 breeding cows and donated 3 cows to workers in difficult circumstances, with strong will and always striving to rise up in life.
