In the first 9 months of 2026, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company - TKV focused on arranging and using labor flexibly and reasonably, thereby ensuring jobs and income for workers. The average salary of workers reached 15 million VND/person/month.

Many activities to care for workers

A noteworthy point in the work of caring for workers is the Company's coordination with the Trade Union to organize many sightseeing and vacation activities, supporting workers to recover their health after working hours.

Implementing the Joint Resolution between the Director and the Company's Trade Union, the unit organizes sightseeing and vacations in 2026; supporting all officials and employees to have weekends off with a level of 1.5 million VND/person.

In 9 months, 203 people were organized to visit Con Dao, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc; 223 people went on vacation, supported treatment in Sapa; 2,299 people went on weekend vacation.

In particular, the Trade Union coordinated with professional departments to implement many activities to support workers in difficult circumstances. In the first 9 months of the year, the unit visited and presented gifts to 533 families of officials and employees in difficult circumstances, suffering from critical illnesses, and having relatives who suffered from labor accidents with a total amount of 954 million VND.

Other care expenses such as birthdays, early spring lucky money, International Day of Happiness, Mid-Autumn Festival, support for heat protection for workers... have a total amount of 3.2 billion VND.

Caring work is not only aimed at workers but is also expanded to families and children of officials and employees. The Company coordinates to spend on caring for children of officials and employees on holidays and Tet with a total amount of over 1.1 billion VND.

The "Trade Union Meal" program was organized with a total amount of 501.8 million VND, contributing to creating more connection between workers and businesses and trade union organizations.

Caring for people associated with improving the quality of human resources

Not only providing material support, the Company and the Trade Union also focus on creating an environment for workers to improve their skills, promote initiatives and be recognized in labor production.

The company organized the Skilled Worker Contest with 35 contestants participating, with 11 people achieving excellent results. 13 people participating in the TKV Skilled Worker Contest achieved high results.

The creative movement of workers continues to be recognized when 18 individuals were awarded the title "Creative Miner" by the TKV Trade Union and 4 individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2025.

The movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements continues to make a mark with 202 technical improvement initiatives, reaching 100.5% of the 2026 plan, with a profit value of 3.85 billion VND.

Entering the fourth quarter, the Company forecasts that production and business activities will still face many difficulties due to unstable coal consumption; increased prices of raw materials, fuels, and materials; extreme weather may greatly affect production and the lives of workers.

In that context, the task of ensuring jobs, income and stabilizing workers' ideology continues to be set by the Company. The Company determines to strengthen management, administration, save costs, maintain production stability and strive for consumption at the highest level; continue to arrange production organization, restructure labor in a flexible, streamlined, effective and regulated direction.

Along with that, the Company continues to fully implement regimes and policies for employees; strengthen labor safety and hygiene, security and order, property safety and environmental protection.

Labor production emulation movements, cultural and sports activities continue to be implemented, towards celebrating major holidays and especially the 90th anniversary of the Traditional Day of miners - Tradition of the Coal Industry November 12th (1936-2026).
