Promoting the representative role of the Trade Union organization

News from the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay Ward, Da Nang City on October 17 said: The Trade Union of Hoi An Tay Ward organized a Conference to sign a Regulation on coordination with the People's Committee of Hoi An Tay Ward and Hoi An Tay Grassroots Social Insurance for the period 2026–2030.

This is an activity to improve the effectiveness of coordination in performing local tasks, caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the conference, representatives of units signed coordination regulations in a spirit of responsibility, consensus and unity, creating a basis for strengthening information exchange, promoting the functions and tasks of each unit in the implementation process.

According to the signed content, the coordination regulations between the Ward People's Committee and the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union focus on coordinating the implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development in the locality.

Propagating and mobilizing union members and workers to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State. Organizing patriotic emulation movements and caring for the material and spiritual life of workers.

At the same time, promote the role of the Trade Union organization in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Promoting policy communication

Regarding the coordination regulations between Hoi An Tay grassroots Social Insurance and the Ward Trade Union in the period 2026–2030, the two units focus on promoting propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

Guiding and supporting union members, workers and employers to comply with regulations.

The two sides also strengthened their understanding of the implementation of insurance policies at enterprises, promptly exchanged and removed difficulties and obstacles, contributing to ensuring social security rights for workers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Chairwoman of the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union said: the signing of coordination regulations is the basis for strengthening the relationship between the government, trade union organizations and social insurance agencies in performing tasks.

As well as improving the effectiveness of propaganda and supervision of the implementation of policies and laws and better caring for the lives of union members and workers in the area.

Through the coordination program for the period 2026–2030, the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union continues to promote its role as a bridge between workers and the government and functional agencies, contributing to building a strong Trade Union organization and promoting socio-economic development in the locality.
