Do people have to immediately change personal papers after village arrangement?
Hanoi - After village arrangement, people do not have to immediately change personal papers; cases that arise will be guided by competent authorities according to regulations.
Implementing the plan of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) on organizing the collection of voters' opinions representing households on the draft village arrangement plan in the commune, the opinion collection teams are actively implementing tasks with a spirit of urgency, responsibility, ensuring democracy, publicity and in accordance with regulations.
Phu Nghia commune has 26 villages implementing the opinion poll with a total of 8,628 voters representing households. Up to now, many villages have completed or basically completed the opinion poll, achieving a very high participation rate and consensus rate.
In particular, in 4 villages subject to arrangement, the work of collecting opinions has achieved positive results.
Phu Huu 1 village has completed the opinion collection with 225/225 participating households, reaching 100%; of which 221 households agreed with the plan, reaching 98.22%.

In general, the 4 villages implementing the arrangement, 871/900 households participated in giving opinions, reaching a rate of 96.78%; of which 850 households agreed with the plan, reaching a rate of 97.59%.
This is a very high consensus rate, showing the concern, responsibility and spirit of companionship of the people towards the policy of arranging village units in the commune.
In addition, many villages in the commune are also actively implementing and achieving positive results. Typically, Xom Dong village has completed 100% of the opinion collection; Tan Yen village reached nearly 98%; Pho Got village reached over 92%; many other villages are focusing on reviewing to complete the tasks according to the plan.
To ensure the overall progress of the whole commune, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee requests the opinion-gathering groups to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactively arrange time, strengthen propaganda and mobilization, and directly meet with households that have not participated to give opinions. At the same time, it is hoped that each voter representing the household will actively coordinate and spend time contributing opinions when contacted by the opinion-gathering group.
According to the plan of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, the work of collecting voters' opinions representing households on the draft village arrangement plan must be completed before June 18, 2026.
To help people better understand the policy of village arrangement and participate in contributing opinions to the village arrangement plan in the commune, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee has introduced a number of Q&A contents related to village arrangement work.
