Quang Ngai accelerates land auctions, creating budget revenue
Quang Ngai is accelerating to complete procedures to auction 6 land plots in July, creating additional revenue for the budget.
As of June 11, 2026, Quang Ngai collected 739 billion VND of land use fees, equivalent to 22.2% of the total estimated land use fee revenue for 2026.
To complete the set plan, agencies, units, and localities are coordinating to complete the necessary procedures to put 6 land plots up for auction in July 2026.
In which, the eastern area of the province is expected to auction 5 projects, with a total expected revenue of about 102 billion VND, including: Tinh Ky residential area, phase 2, in Tinh Khe commune; residential area along Bo De - Cho Vom road, Nghia Lap village, Long Phung commune; the remaining land plots of Dong Na residential area and Phu Loc residential area, Lan Phong commune...
In the western area of the province, the land area of 7,175m2 in Sao Mai Industrial Park, in Dak Ro Wa commune, is expected to be put up for auction in July 2026, with a total estimated revenue of about 11 billion VND.
