Inspecting and supervising to improve the effectiveness of grassroots trade union activities in Son La
Son La - The Provincial Labor Federation deploys inspection and supervision of 23 grassroots trade unions to improve operational efficiency and financial management.
From June 11, the Son La Provincial Labor Federation deployed inspection and supervision of 23 grassroots trade unions directly under the 2026 inspection and supervision program.
The inspection content focuses on thoroughly grasping and implementing the Resolution of the 16th Son La Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; management, collection, spending and use of trade union finances and assets.
Through inspection, the Provincial Labor Federation Inspection Committee assessed the actual operation of grassroots trade unions. At the same time, clarified the advantages and limitations in leadership, direction and organization of task implementation.
On that basis, the inspection team proposed to overcome shortcomings and improve the contents that are still inadequate.
The inspection team also reviewed internal spending regulations and financial management at grassroots trade unions.
The results showed that units proactively deployed activities in accordance with reality, strictly implemented regulations on trade union finance, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities in the new situation.
