Inspecting trade union activities at Nakano Vietnam Co., Ltd

On May 31, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just established an inspection team to inspect the implementation of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and trade union financial management at the grassroots trade union of Nakano Vietnam Co., Ltd.

At the working session, the inspection team focused on assessing the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; the management and use of trade union finances; the implementation of regimes and policies for union members and workers as well as the activities of grassroots trade unions in the past time.

Through inspection, it was found that the grassroots Trade Union of Nakano Vietnam Co., Ltd. basically complies well with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and regulations on trade union financial management. Revenue, expenditure, and financial management are carried out according to regulations; dossiers and books are basically complete, ensuring requirements.

In addition, the grassroots Trade Union has effectively implemented many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; actively coordinated with businesses in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations at the unit.

The inspection team acknowledged the achieved results, and at the same time requested the grassroots trade union to continue to promote its representative role, care for and protect the rights of union members and workers; improve the quality of trade union activities and the effectiveness of financial management in the coming time.
