Sakurai Vietnam Company workers compete in skills to respond to the good labor movement

On June 8, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the 2026 Good Sewing Skills Contest, in response to the launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers of Thanh Hoa Trade Union in the 2026-2031 period.

The contest has the participation of 5 teams with 20 typical union members and workers selected from production departments, representing more than 13,000 union members and workers working at Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The contestants participated in the "Body-to-Body Sewing Stage" competition in 10 minutes. With careful preparation and calm and confident spirit, the contestants showed their skills and solid craftsmanship through each needle and thread and completed their competition well.

The contest is a practical activity to promote the emulation movement of labor production, contributing to improving the skills of workers, thereby improving productivity, product quality, increasing income for workers and meeting the development requirements of enterprises.

In addition, the contest also creates conditions for union members and workers to exchange, learn, and share experiences in work, contributing to strengthening solidarity and cohesion between production departments in enterprises.

Through the contest, the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. also wishes to discover, honor and commend collectives and individuals with solid professional qualifications and excellent professional skills; and at the same time encourage the spirit of studying, training and improving skills, contributing to widely spreading the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
