Gia Lai launches emulation program "Good labor, high productivity, good income

On the morning of June 7, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a program to respond to the Launching Ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, connecting online with the bridge point of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in Hanoi.

At the program, Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation - launched a response to the emulation movement in the province.

According to Mr. Ha Duy Trung, the emulation movement is an activity to concretize the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the country's socio-economic development goals.

In recent years, the patriotic emulation movement among workers, civil servants, and laborers in Gia Lai province has continuously developed. Many collectives and individuals have had many initiatives and improvements to help improve work efficiency, making positive contributions to the development of agencies, units, businesses and localities.

However, before the requirements of international integration, digital transformation, technological innovation and improving competitiveness, workers need to continue to improve their qualifications and professional skills to meet development requirements in the new stage.

I call on Trade Union officials, union members, and workers (TUs, NLĐ) to actively respond to the emulation movement," Mr. Ha Duy Trung launched.

Also at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation - quickly informed about the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031.

According to Ms. Thuy, after 2.5 working days with a spirit of democracy, responsibility, solidarity and innovation, the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress completed the entire content of the proposed program and achieved great success.

The Congress approved the Review Report of the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Vietnam Trade Union Charter (amended and supplemented); elected 135 members of the Executive Committee of the 14th Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, term 2026-2031...

On this occasion, Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation awarded the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to the Grassroots Trade Union of Gia Lai Central General Hospital - the leading unit in the 2025 emulation movement.

Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements.

Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation to 6 collectives with particularly outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" in the 2021-2025 period.

On this occasion, Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation implemented the Program "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress", awarding 21 gifts (1 million VND in cash with a gift of 300,000 VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

After the launching program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented 5 gifts (2 million VND in cash and a gift of 300,000 VND) to 5 union members and workers suffering from dangerous diseases and in particularly difficult circumstances.
