Inter-sectoral inspection of labor law implementation at enterprises in Nghe An
Nghe An - Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation strengthens inter-sectoral inspections at enterprises to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
On May 27, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit has chaired the organization of an inter-sectoral inspection team to work directly at 10 enterprises in the province to inspect the implementation of labor laws, trade unions and regimes and policies for workers.
The delegation focused on inspecting the implementation of the Labor Code and the Trade Union Law at enterprises; labor safety and hygiene, especially at production units with mining nature, posing a high risk of labor unsafety.
In addition, the delegation also supervises the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and regimes and policies for employees; and at the same time grasps the employment situation, income and working conditions at enterprises.
Strengthening inspection and supervision at enterprises aims to promptly detect and rectify shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of labor laws; contributing to building a safe, harmonious and stable working environment.
Through this activity, the Trade Union organization continues to affirm its role in accompanying businesses and workers in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
