Lam Dong - Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company organizes the 2026 Workers' Conference, proposing many sustainable development solutions.
On June 1st, Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company (ĐHĐ) organized the 2026 Employee Conference to promote the right to mastery of employees, assess production and business results in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.

According to the report at the conference, thanks to favorable hydrological conditions, DHĐ Company has completed and exceeded many economic and technical targets in 2025. Electricity production reached 3,202.8 million kWh, equal to 111.2% of the assigned plan.
In addition to production and business tasks, the work of caring for the lives of workers continues to be concerned. The Company fully implements regimes and policies on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in accordance with the law.

The report of the People's Inspection Committee shows that regimes and policies for workers are implemented publicly and transparently.
In 2025, the Company did not generate complaints or denunciations related to the rights and interests of employees.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dang Van Cuong - General Director of the Company - emphasized the key tasks for 2026 including strengthening operating discipline and improving technical management efficiency.

Thereby, helping officials, employees, and laborers proactively prevent and handle equipment incidents, optimize their participation in the electricity market to increase revenue; and at the same time continue to reduce costs and use human resources effectively to improve labor productivity.
Mr. Le Van Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company - acknowledged and praised the efforts of the collective of employees in the past year.
At the same time, he requested officials and employees to continue to promote the spirit of innovation and creativity, promote the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and scientific and technological achievements in production and business activities.

From there, contributing to improving the operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
The conference concluded with the signing ceremony of the Collective Labor Agreement between the Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union, demonstrating the determination of the collective of officials and employees in completing the production and business goals and tasks in 2026.
