Trade Union meal for more than 3,000 workers in Lam Dong

On May 18, the grassroots Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd. under Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union organized the "Trade Union Meal" program to express gratitude and thank workers.

Meals are prepared thoughtfully for more than 3,000 union members and workers working at the company with full meals, improving both quality and nutrition, ensuring food safety and hygiene.

Each meal is worth 50,000 VND, 30,000 VND higher than usual days. Not only helping workers have more energy after working hours, the program also shows the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with workers.

Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union - said that the program is an opportunity for workers, trade union organizations and business leaders to meet, share, and enhance understanding; contributing to building a friendly, united and stable working environment.

This is also one of the key activities in response to Workers' Month 2026, towards grassroots levels, affirming the role of accompanying and caring for the rights of union members and workers.

On this occasion, the trade union organization also deployed propaganda activities on occupational safety and health at the workplace; disseminating legal regulations on occupational safety, raising awareness of preventing work accidents and occupational diseases for union members and workers.

At the same time, the trade union coordinates with businesses to pay attention to improving working conditions, contributing to protecting workers' health, creating a safe and stable working environment so that workers can feel secure and stick with the business for a long time.
