Giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Innovation Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd

On May 26, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a working delegation to work with the Trade Union Executive Committee and leaders of Innovation Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd.; and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

At the working session, the delegation grasped the production and business situation, jobs, and income of workers; and recorded the company organizing periodic health check-ups every 6 months for workers.

A business representative said that due to operating in the heavy industry sector with automated production lines as the main focus, organizing crowded gathering activities is still difficult. However, the company has implemented many suitable and creative models such as "coming together", contributing to supporting workers to improve their skills and work efficiency.

The company also maintains good regimes and policies for employees such as organizing periodic dialogues, health check-ups, taking care of life and creating favorable conditions for trade union organizations to operate effectively.

Emulation movements for good labor and creative labor at the unit are maintained vibrantly, creating motivation for workers to promote initiatives and improve labor productivity.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung - Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the concern of business leaders for workers; and at the same time wished the company to continue to pay more attention to the lives, jobs and welfare of workers.

On this occasion, the working delegation presented 10 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 2 million VND to encourage union members and workers to feel secure in working and producing.
