Trade Union meal 100,000 VND/portion spreads sharing with Vinh Long workers

Responding to Workers' Month, on May 25, the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors of Viet Hong Export Garment Co., Ltd. to organize "Trade Union Meal" for union members and workers working at the enterprise.

Unlike regular meals, this menu is prepared richly with many dishes such as boiled shrimp, fried red tilapia, stir-fried beef, chicken hotpot and dessert yogurt.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau, a worker at the company, said she was very happy to participate in "Trade Union Meal" with a nutritious menu and more delicious dishes than usual.

Today there are many more delicious dishes than usual, so all workers are excited, feeling the concern from the trade union and the company. Hopefully in the near future there will be more Trade Union Meals like this so that workers can be happier and more attached to their work," Ms. Giau shared.

Sharing meals with colleagues, Mr. Tran Van Tai said that the program not only helps workers have better quality meals but also creates a close and cohesive atmosphere after working hours.

Being able to participate in a full meal with so many delicious dishes, all workers are happy. Not only does they eat better than usual, but they also feel the concern from the trade union and the company," Mr. Tai shared.

Ms. Tran Loan Thao - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Hong Export Garment Co., Ltd. said that the "Trade Union Meal" activity not only improves the quality of meals for workers but also shows the concern and sharing of trade union organizations and businesses with workers.

According to Ms. Thao, this meal was increased to 100,000 VND/meal, many times higher than usual. In which, the trade union supported more than 70 million VND, equivalent to 50,000 VND/meal, the rest was sponsored by the company to bring a nutritious meal, creating more joy for workers during Workers' Month.

Representative of the enterprise, Mr. Ngo Sy Tuan - Director of Viet Hong Export Garment Co., Ltd. said that workers are an important force in production activities, so the company always pays attention to taking care of workers' lives.

According to Mr. Tuan, in the coming time, the Company's Board of Directors will continue to coordinate with the trade union to organize more practical care activities for workers, contributing to creating a stable and cohesive working environment for workers to feel secure in working and production.

With 1,496 meals prepared thoughtfully, the program not only brings meals of higher quality than usual but also spreads sharing and connection between businesses, trade unions and workers in Workers' Month 2026.
