Many businesses in Lam Dong increase labor recruitment, offering attractive salaries
Lam Dong - Many businesses in industrial parks are increasing labor recruitment with competitive wages and stable regimes to attract labor.
On May 10, the grassroots Trade Union of Nam Ha Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. said that the unit is recruiting 1,000 workers. This is a foreign-invested enterprise specializing in producing large-scale footwear in Nam Ha Industrial Cluster in Tra Tan commune, Lam Dong province.
Over the years, the enterprise has created jobs for thousands of workers in the locality and neighboring areas. According to recruitment information, the basic salary ranges from 6.9 to 8.4 million VND/month depending on the workers' skills.
In addition to the basic salary, workers also receive many supports and allowances such as productivity bonuses of about 1.5 million VND/month, assessment allowances up to 1.4 million VND, overtime pay of about 1.5 million VND. Diligent workers are additionally supported with 200,000 VND/month.
Notably, businesses also apply many welfare policies such as 13th-month salary bonuses, support for female workers with young children, wedding money, and initiative bonuses. The company's grassroots trade union also regularly takes care of the lives of union members and workers on holidays, Tet and special events.
Workers in need only need to prepare documents and come to the company for a direct interview.
Meanwhile, in Phan Thiet Industrial Park, the Trade Union of Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. said that the enterprise is in need of recruiting about 500 unskilled workers to work in the seafood processing sector.
The income level offered by businesses is from 6 to 15 million VND/month depending on the position and skills. Recruitment conditions are quite simple, workers only need to be between 18 and 45 years old, with good health to be able to apply.
The sharp increase in recruitment demand stems from the fact that many businesses are expanding production lines, and the number of orders recently has been stable. This shows that the labor market in Lam Dong is recovering positively.
Along with that, many workers in rural areas and dragon fruit growing areas also tend to switch to working in industrial parks due to a more stable working environment, better income and welfare regimes compared to seasonal jobs in the agricultural sector.
