The Hanoi Employment Service Center has just issued guidelines for submitting online applications for unemployment benefits on the National Public Service Portal.

Hanoi Employment Service Center said that, implementing Decision No. 358/QD-BNV dated March 27, 2026 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on announcing the list of administrative procedures under the State management scope of the Ministry of Home Affairs to be implemented on the procedure settlement information system of the Ministry of Home Affairs, from April 15, 2026, Hanoi Employment Service Center will deploy the receipt and settlement of unemployment benefits dossiers on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong. gov. vn.
