On March 26, the grassroots trade union of Binh Thuan - Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Company said that the enterprise is in need of recruiting more than 100 handmade garment workers, with salaries from 7 million VND/month or more, depending on skills.
In addition, the unit also recruits 10 industrial sewing line managers with incomes that can reach up to 20 million VND/month.
The increased recruitment demand stems from the expansion of production lines and stable order volumes in recent times.
To meet human resource requirements, the company also recruits unskilled workers and organizes free training. During the vocational training period, workers are still entitled to daily wages and product wages.
In addition to income, businesses also apply many policies such as paying insurance, periodic health check-ups, supporting shuttle buses, meals and other welfare regimes to retain workers.
Similarly, the grassroots Trade Union of Nha Be - Duc Linh Garment Co., Ltd. (Duc Linh commune, Lam Dong province) is also implementing a large-scale recruitment campaign with about 300 garment workers. The income is committed to be from 6.5 million VND/month or more.
Among these, 100 unskilled workers will be trained for free. Notably, the business also offers a bonus policy of 1 million VND for skilled garment workers when recruited, as well as former workers returning to work.
In addition, to create conditions for workers to stick with them for a long time, businesses arrange garment lines suitable for workers with young children, flexible working hours for convenient child pick-up and drop-off.
According to records, the simultaneous increase in recruitment by garment enterprises not only reflects the recovery signal of the industry but also shows that the demand for general labor in the locality is at a high level.
