The job transaction session was held in Thien Loc commune (Hanoi) on March 21 with 30 units and businesses (joint-stock companies: 8; limited liability companies: 14; other types: 8) participating with 1,687 recruitment and enrollment quotas. In which, enrollment: 400 quotas; recruitment: 1,287 quotas.
Regarding qualifications, the demand for recruiting workers with college-university degrees or higher: 150/1.287 targets, accounting for 11.6%; the demand for recruiting workers with intermediate-technical level: 400/1.287 targets, accounting for 31%; the demand for recruiting general labor: 737/1.287 targets, accounting for 57.4%.
Regarding salary and income: from 15 million VND/month or more: 56/1. 287 targets (accounting for 4.3% of the total recruitment and labor export targets). This position recruits workers with good experience and expertise, capable of withstanding high work pressure in management roles.
