Connecting job opportunities for more than 300 rural workers in Lam Dong
Lam Dong - More than 300 workers in Hiep Thanh commune have been consulted by local authorities in coordination with businesses, connecting job opportunities.
On December 23, the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune (Lam Dong) said that the locality had just coordinated with relevant units to organize a job fair with the theme "Consultation, recruitment, job connection".
The event attracted 8 businesses and more than 300 union members, youth and workers to participate.
This is a key activity in the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 20212025, to support job creation and the development of vocational education for local workers.
At the trading session, workers were provided with information about the domestic labor market, salary policies, insurance, as well as opportunities to work abroad for a limited period.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Vice Chairman of Hiep Thanh Commune People's Committee said that the trading session is not only a bridge connecting labor supply and demand but also has a profound sense of social security.
The locality prioritizes supporting poor, near-poor and newly escaped poverty households to access suitable jobs, contributing to stabilizing their lives.
Through the trading session, it also creates conditions for businesses to directly recruit and seek on-site human resources to meet production and business needs.
