VEC E recruits large numbers, creating job opportunities for hundreds of Lam Dong people

On December 1, the People's Committees of communes and wards with expressways passing through Lam Dong province said that they had received recruitment information from Vietnam Expressway Engineering Services Joint Stock Company (VEC E) for local people.

This unit is recruiting hundreds of workers to serve the management, operation, maintenance, repair and toll collection on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet and Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressways.

These are two important expressways, expected to start collecting tolls from the beginning of 2026. When the toll station system and Traffic Operation Center are put into operation, the demand for human resources will increase sharply.

According to VEC E, prioritizing the recruitment of local people not only helps businesses have stable human resources, but also contributes to job creation and increases income for people along the expressway.

The group of locations with the largest demand is ETC operators and incident handling with 100 targets including: Equipment operation, regulation - lane division of vehicles at toll stations.

Candidates are unskilled workers from 18 to 45 years old, with a salary of 8 to 10 million VND/month depending on their ability.

In addition, there are positions such as 50 technical system management staff (income 8 - 12 million VND/month); control - post-inspection staff, internal security, hygiene - cleaning... with salary depending on experience and capacity.

Employees are entitled to full benefits according to regulations, participate in compulsory insurance, accident insurance and salary - bonus regime on special occasions.
