According to research, this enterprise is completing preparations to put the factory into stable operation from March 2026.
Workers working at the company can enjoy an income of up to 14 million VND/month, depending on their position and labor productivity.
In addition to salary, the enterprise also commits to full insurance regimes according to regulations, holiday bonuses, Tet and many other welfare policies.
Specifically, workers are supported with lunch at the factory, housing allowances, child allowances, fuel, diligence and seniority. In addition to the large number of garment workers, the enterprise also recruits the positions of line leaders, department heads, quality assurance personnel, quality management and many other technical and management positions.
Unskilled workers will be trained with a salary allowance.
According to Ham Tan Commune People's Committee, FDI enterprises stepping up labor recruitment at this time is a positive signal for the local labor market, contributing to creating more jobs and stable income for people.
