Nghe An commends 28 typical families of workers and civil servants

On the morning of June 17, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to commend typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ) in the period 2021–2026, in order to honor typical happy family models in labor, work and social life.

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom - Deputy Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation emphasized the meaning of building a happy family in a context of many social upheavals, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid changes of modern life. She affirmed that family is always a solid spiritual support, a foundation for shaping personality and motivation for workers to feel secure in contributing.

In recent years, trade union levels in the province have effectively implemented many programs to care for union members' lives such as "Trade Union Homes", "Tet Sum vay", "Your Health", along with movements "Good at state affairs, good at housework", building agencies and units that meet cultural standards and family models "Warm, equal, progressive, happy". Many innovative activities such as "Coming to worker dormitories" or organizing collective weddings for workers have created a deep humanistic imprint.

At the conference, delegates listened to presentations sharing stories and experiences in building happy families.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation commended 28 typical CNVCLĐ families, who are typical examples in many fields such as health, education, production, business and administrative and non-business. Although in different positions, the families all have in common the spirit of responsibility, attachment, sharing and striving to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.

Notably, many typical families have stories rich in humanity such as overcoming difficulties caused by epidemics together, dedicatedly taking care of loved ones, or bravely participating in saving people in emergency situations, spreading good values in the community.

The Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation also presented flowers to congratulate 2 families commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the national conference.
