Vietnam Veterans Association awarded Ho Chi Minh Order
On the morning of June 17, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary and President To Lam awarded the Ho Chi Minh Order to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association.
At the solemn session of the VIII National Congress of the Vietnam Veterans Association (CCB), term 2026-2031 held on the morning of June 17, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary and President To Lam awarded the Ho Chi Minh Order to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association.
Also on the morning of June 17, the Executive Committee of the 8th Vietnam Veterans Association, term 2026-2031, launched the congress.

Previously, at the first session of the Central Executive Committee of the 8th Vietnam Veterans Association, term 2026-2031, with 100% of the votes of confidence, Senior Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong was re-elected as Chairman of the 8th Vietnam Veterans Association, term 2026-2031. Re-elected Vice Chairmen: Lieutenant General Khuat Viet Dung; Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong; Major General Nguyen Minh Hoang; Comrade Le Van Kiem.
The meeting also elected the Standing Committee; Inspection Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association, term VIII, term 2026-2031.
