With the theme of continuing to innovate the content and methods of Association activities; actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and political system, delegates at Workshop Center No. 1 gave opinions to clarify the role of the Association in this field.
In the presentation "Promoting the role of Quang Tri women in participating in building the Party and building a strong political system" at Center No. 1, delegate Tran Thi Thuy Nga - Standing Vice President of the Quang Tri Provincial Women's Union said that in the locality, the Women's Union at all levels actively and proactively advised the Party committees to plan key Women's Union cadre sources, introduce personnel to run for National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels. The work of discovering, fostering and introducing female cadre sources is always concerned and implemented by the Women's Union at all levels...
In the past term, 1,637 outstanding members have been introduced to the Party for consideration and 862 members have been admitted to the Party. The work of planning, training, and fostering Association cadres has been carried out methodically, focusing on young cadres and ethnic minority cadres. The proportion of women participating in Party committees, governments and socio-political organizations is increasing, and many female cadres hold important leadership and management positions in the local political system.
To make the women's movement and Union activities increasingly in-depth, bringing practical benefits to women's cadres and members, delegate Tran Thi Thuy Nga proposed that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union continue to pay attention to directing and orienting programs to enhance the role of women in participating in building the Party and the political system; Strengthen training and fostering leadership and management skills for union cadres at all levels; Replicate good models and effective practices in the women's movement nationwide.
Propose that the Party and State continue to improve mechanisms and policies to create favorable conditions for women to participate in leadership and management; Strengthen policies to support women's economic development, improve qualifications and professional skills...
From reality, delegates all believe that the Women's Union is increasingly affirming its role in participating in Party building, government building, supervision, and social criticism; participating in building policies and laws related to women, families, children, gender equality, social security, ethnicity, and religion. When women's voices are heard, women's legitimate rights are protected, women's initiatives are respected, and the great national unity bloc is not only expanded in breadth but also consolidated in depth, on the foundation of harmony of interests, shared responsibility and social consensus.
Promoting digital transformation, applying information technology
Exchanging views on innovating the content and methods of Association activities through promoting digital transformation and applying information technology, delegate Thai Ngoc Bao Tram - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairwoman of the Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union affirmed that for the Association organization, digital transformation is not simply the application of technology but a process of comprehensive innovation in leadership thinking, methods of mobilizing women, methods of organizing activities and building a modern, professional Association organization that adapts to the digital age.

From reality, delegate Thai Ngoc Bao Tram analyzed: to successfully transform digitally, first of all, Association officials must pioneer in changing thinking, proactively learning and mastering technology. From there, the Association deploys the "Digital Ambassador" model with the core force being Association officials, party members, and members of the Executive Committee at all levels. Each "Digital Ambassador" both directly applies technology and supports members and women with limited digital skills according to the motto "holding hands and guiding"; guiding the installation of VNeID, non-cash payments, using online public services and applying technology in production and business.
In particular, the Association's staff has initially applied artificial intelligence AI in developing work plans, designing infographics, propaganda video clips, summarizing data and managing member information. Many grassroots Association officials have proactively used AI as an effective support tool in daily work. This shows that digital transformation in the Association organization is gradually shifting from "technology application" to "improving digital management capacity".
Some experiences in this field shared by delegate Thai Ngoc Bao Tram are that digital transformation must first start from innovating the thinking of the Association's staff; officials must be pioneers in learning, adapting and mastering technology to be able to guide and support members to successfully transform digitally. In addition, all digital transformation activities must take women as the center, stemming from practical needs, ensuring easy access, easy use and suitable for each target group.
