Launching the socialist grassroots trade union model at Sao Vang Co., Ltd

The implementation of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model is identified by the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union as a key task throughout the 2026-2030 period, aiming to build a strong, innovative, and modern trade union organization; promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building sustainable business development.

According to the plan, the model focuses on 4 key content groups including: caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; improving cultural and spiritual life; promoting patriotic emulation movements, good labor, creative labor associated with ensuring occupational safety and health; building strong trade union organizations, participating in building the Party, government and political system.

At the conference, leaders of Sao Vang Co., Ltd. and the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union signed a commitment to implement the model in the 2026-2030 period. The commitment content aims to build harmonious labor relations, ensure workers' rights, improve material and spiritual life, strengthen dialogue at the workplace and launch emulation movements associated with improving productivity, quality, and production efficiency.
