Establishment of the Trade Union of Clapton Whale Co., Ltd. with 119 members
Hai Phong - On July 29, Tien Lang Commune Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation on establishing the Trade Union of Clapton Whale Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation issued a decision to establish the Trade Union of Clapton Whale Co., Ltd.; assigning Tien Lang Commune Trade Union to monitor and manage. The grassroots trade union has legal status, is allowed to use its own seal, open accounts at banks and state treasuries and perform tasks and powers according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, 119 employees of the Company were admitted as members of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Along with the establishment of grassroots trade unions, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation appointed the Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee consisting of 5 members. Ms. Vu Thi Duyen holds the position of Trade Union Chairwoman; The Provisional Trade Union Inspection Committee consists of 3 members, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan is the Chairman.
Previously, on July 28, Tien Lang Commune Trade Union announced the decision of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation on the establishment of the grassroots trade union of VINA Steel and Inox Joint Stock Company and Huashuo Vietnam Plastics Co., Ltd. At the same time, admitted 38 union members who are employees of VINA Steel and Inox Joint Stock Company and 45 union members of Huashuo Vietnam Plastics Co., Ltd. to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
