Quang Ninh develops 22 more grassroots trade unions at enterprises
Quang Ninh - In the afternoon of July 28, the Trade Union of Hong Gai and Ha Long wards organized the launch of 22 grassroots trade unions with 511 union members at enterprises.
In Ha Long ward, the Ward Trade Union announced the decision to establish and launch 15 grassroots trade unions at 15 enterprises, with 351 union members.
Newly established grassroots trade unions at enterprises include: MSC Quang Ninh Health Care Co., Ltd.; Ngoc Anh Commercial Materials Joint Stock Company; Ha Long Industrial Joint Stock Company; SCOTS Quang Ninh Education Joint Stock Company; Four Home Investment Joint Stock Company; CATA Education Education Joint Stock Company; ITASCO Mineral and Trading Joint Stock Company; Manh Cuong Industrial and Commercial Joint Stock Company.
TDT Education and Training Development Co., Ltd.; Phuong Nam Marine Environment Joint Stock Company; Thanh An Social Work Center; Monbay TV Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; TECHPHARMA Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; IELTS MASTERY Education Joint Stock Company; General Construction Joint Stock Company.
After the announcement ceremony, representatives of the executive committees of new grassroots trade unions and business leaders signed a collective labor agreement.
The signed content aims to concretize regimes and policies for workers, enhance the responsibility of businesses and trade union organizations in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
In Hong Gai ward, the Ward Trade Union announced the decision to establish and launch 7 grassroots trade unions with 160 members.
The new grassroots trade unions include: Hoang Long Quang Ninh Wood Chip Production Trading Co., Ltd.; Tien Duc Dental; AIMEE Yacht Joint Stock Company; Van Dang Group Joint Stock Company; SunTech Development Joint Stock Company; Phuc Minh Phat Trading and Transport Co., Ltd.; Hoang Phuong Forest Products Co., Ltd.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, representatives of grassroots trade unions and employers signed collective labor agreements.
From the beginning of 2026 to now, the Hong Gai Ward Trade Union has mobilized the establishment of 13 grassroots trade unions, admitted 239 new union members, exceeding 30% of the assigned target.
On this occasion, the Hong Gai Ward Trade Union coordinated to present 30 gifts, each worth 700,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
