100% of VietXim Company employees join the Vietnam Trade Union
Hung Yen - VietXim Company organizes the Congress to establish a grassroots Trade Union with 380/380 workers voluntarily joining.
Responding to the peak month of union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions and Workers' Month 2026, VietXim Import-Export and Investment Development Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Van Linh commune, Hung Yen province) organized the Congress to establish grassroots trade unions with the participation of all employees.
VietXim Import-Export and Investment Development Co., Ltd.'s main business line is the production of motor vehicles. In the process of production and business operations, caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees is always concerned.
Based on the propaganda and mobilization work of the Steering Committee for the establishment of grassroots Trade Unions, 380/380 workers at the enterprise voluntarily participated in the Vietnam Trade Union organization. This is an important milestone, showing the high consensus of the collective of workers on the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the enterprise.
At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of VietXim Import-Export and Investment Development Co., Ltd. including 5 comrades. The Executive Committee will be the direct representative of the voice of workers, organize Trade Union activities, and coordinate with employers in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The grassroots trade union of VietXim Import-Export and Investment Development Co., Ltd. is directly under the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation, has legal status, is allowed to use a private seal, open accounts at banks; fully perform tasks and powers in accordance with the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises is not only an organizational development step but also contributes to expanding the trade union system in the enterprise sector. Thereby, strengthening the representative role, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees, creating a reliable support for employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the enterprise.
