Lao Cai Trade Union tightens discipline, improves the quality of cadres in the new situation

At the conference, delegates were thoroughly grasped the core contents of Directive No. 22 of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, which emphasized the requirement to strengthen discipline and administrative order; improve public service ethics; build a civilized and professional working environment, contributing to building a clean, strong, and effective political system.

For trade union organizations, strict implementation of the Directive is not only an administrative requirement but also a key task to improve the quality of the contingent of officials.

Accordingly, each trade union official needs to uphold the spirit of responsibility, be exemplary in performing tasks, strictly comply with internal regulations and working rules, and at the same time be proactive and creative in advising and organizing the implementation of assigned tasks.

The conference also focused on clarifying solutions to rectify the working style and manner of trade union officials in a scientific, professional, and close-to-the-roots direction, close to union members and workers.

In which, raising the awareness of serving the People, the spirit of responsibility for work, and implementing the motto "saying and doing" are identified as a consistent requirement.

Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation also requested trade union levels to continue to promote administrative reform, strengthen the application of information technology, promote digital transformation in trade union activities; improve the quality of direction and administration work; strictly implement information regimes, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising from the grassroots level.
