Newly established 2 grassroots trade unions with nearly 700 union members
Ninh Binh - April 19, the Provincial Labor Federation announced decisions to admit union members and establish grassroots trade unions at Fayang Co., Ltd. and Hop Chi Precision Electronics Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation announced decisions on the establishment of grassroots trade unions at Fayang Co., Ltd. with 297 union members and Hop Chi Precision Electronics Co., Ltd. with 402 union members.
At the same time, appointing the Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee and positions in the Provisional Executive Committee of the above 2 grassroots trade unions.
After being established, the above 2 grassroots trade unions were transferred to the Gia Van Commune Trade Union for management and operational direction.
The grassroots trade union of Fayang Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of Hop Chi Precision Electronics Co., Ltd. perform their duties and powers in accordance with the law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Provisional Executive Committee of the above 2 Grassroots Trade Unions is responsible for leading and directing Trade Union activities and organizing Congresses according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour. The term of operation of the Provisional Executive Committee does not exceed 12 months.
