Lai Chau launches Dong Tam Company grassroots trade union
Lai Chau - The Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has just announced the decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) and admit 11 union members.
On the afternoon of April 20, Lai Chau Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Dong Tam Trading and Service Co., Ltd.
At the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Pham Ngoc Dang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded the Decision to establish the grassroots trade union and admit 11 grassroots trade union members of Dong Tam Trading and Service Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Dang affirmed that the establishment of the grassroots trade union is an important turning point, meeting the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of workers.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation also requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to focus on promoting legal propaganda and Trade Union charters; proactively supervise the implementation of regimes on salaries, social insurance, and health insurance to protect workers' rights. At the same time, launch practical emulation movements, accompanying the company's growth.
At the conference, Mr. Ta Thanh Dong - Director of Dong Tam Trading and Service Co., Ltd. affirmed that this is an important milestone, marking a new step in the company's maturity.
