More than 50 leaders of Lai Chau grassroots trade unions implemented the Resolution

On April 21, Lai Chau Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to study, thoroughly grasp and implement Resolutions and Action Programs to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee, the 14th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Lai Chau Provincial Trade Union Congress.

Attending the Conference were Mr. Pham Ngoc Dang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Ms. Lo Thi Hang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; and over 50 Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots trade unions in the province.

The content thoroughly grasped at the Conference focused on major, strategic and consistent orientations such as: effectively implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress with the spirit of "deep understanding - doing right - doing it to the end"; concretizing it with practical programs and plans, ensuring clear people, clear tasks, and clear responsibilities.

At the same time, building a clean and strong political system; promoting the strength of great national unity; promoting socio-economic development in a green, fast and sustainable direction, improving people's lives.

For the Trade Union organization, the focus is on strongly innovating the content and methods of operation; improving the quality of the contingent of officials; promoting digital transformation; strengthening dialogue and collective bargaining; caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The conference also emphasized the requirement to strengthen propaganda and political, ideological, and legal education for workers, contributing to building a strong working class, meeting development requirements in the new situation.
