Establishing a grassroots trade union in Thai Nguyen
Thai Nguyen - Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a Conference to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Yen Duong Cooperative.
The Trade Union was established on the basis of linking 3 cooperatives: Yen Duong, Ban Moc Agriculture, and Dia Linh General Agro-Forestry.
This is a new model in the collective economic sector, taking linkages as the foundation, and workers as the center.
The establishment of trade unions brings many benefits to union members and workers. Especially the protection of legitimate rights and interests; care for welfare and labor life; training, production support, and market connection.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union was launched, committing to stabilize the organization, take care of union members, and promote linkage and development.
On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
