Thai Nguyen - Thang Long Bac Kan Production and Trading JSC has just organized the announcement of the decision to establish a grassroots trade union and admit union members.
Ms. Do Thi Hien - Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation attended and presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union with 55 initial members.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to soon stabilize the organization, promote the representative role, and accompany businesses in sustainable development.
On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances of the company.
