Actively developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in Thai Nguyen

Implementing the policy of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and Thai Nguyen Provincial Confederation of Labour on promoting union member development and establishing grassroots trade unions, the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province is implementing many propaganda and mobilization activities at enterprises.

The Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province has just had a working session with Golden Chest Precision Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) - a Chinese-invested enterprise operating in the industrial park with about 40 workers.

At the working session, representatives of the Industrial Park Trade Union Board propagated about the role and function of the trade union organization. At the same time, they informed about the practical benefits of establishing grassroots trade unions such as: caring for the lives of workers, protecting legitimate rights and interests, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

Company leaders expressed their interest and appreciated the role of the trade union organization. At the same time, they agreed on the plan to establish grassroots trade unions at enterprises in April 2026.

This activity continues to affirm the proactiveness and activeness of the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province in expanding trade union organizations and developing union members.

Thereby contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization and creating a stable and sustainable working environment in industrial parks.
