Ha Tinh Labor Federation closely follows grassroots levels to establish grassroots trade unions and develop union members
Identifying the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the development of union members as one of the key tasks, the Ha Tinh Labor Federation has been active and proactive in propagating and mobilizing the establishment to increase the strength of the Trade Union organization associated with representing and protecting legitimate rights and interests and caring for union members and workers.
Actively establishing grassroots trade unions, developing union members
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation - said that at Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation has just organized the announcement of the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Minh Nhat Phat Construction Co., Ltd., admitting 61 union members to the Trade Union organization.
Minh Nhat Phat Construction Co., Ltd. was established in September 2025, operating in the field of construction and maintenance, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment systems with 61 employees, mainly direct production workers.
Thanks to the active propaganda and mobilization of Ha Tinh Trade Union officials, after only 4 months of operation, all employees of Minh Nhat Phat Construction Co., Ltd. agreed to join the Trade Union organization, and the Company's leaders also agreed and created conditions to establish grassroots trade unions.
Previously, at the end of December 2025, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation organized the announcement of the establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of GaiWach Ha Tinh International Costume Co., Ltd., admitting 228 union members.
GaiWach Ha Tinh International Costume Co., Ltd. is located at Cong Khanh 1 Industrial Cluster, Nam Hong Linh ward, Ha Tinh province. The company started operating in September 2025, with the field of lingerie tailoring.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions meets the aspirations of workers, aiming to have a representative organization to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Ms. Le Thi Hue, a worker at GaiWach Ha Tinh International Costume Co., Ltd. shared: "I am very happy to become a trade union member. With the Trade Union organization, we are more secure because our rights are guaranteed. We will try to work really hard to contribute to the development of the company and the growth of the Trade Union organization.
The fact that the above-mentioned 2 enterprises were newly established and have been operating for 4 months and have established grassroots trade unions shows that the Ha Tinh Labor Federation is very proactive, active and effective in propagating and mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions and developing union members.
According to the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, in 2025, the whole province established 14 new grassroots trade unions, developed 2,355 union members; introduced 498 outstanding union members to participate in training classes on Party awareness, of which 287 union members were admitted to the Party.
Training and improving skills for grassroots trade union officials
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation - shared that currently the room for developing union members is increasingly narrowing, and accessing and mobilizing businesses to establish grassroots trade unions is still difficult. However, identifying this as one of the key tasks of the Trade Union organization, in the coming time, Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation will continue to make efforts, actively and proactively propagate and mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the development of union members.
Ha Tinh Trade Union will develop a project to establish grassroots trade unions in communes and wards; innovate the process and procedures for admitting union members in a flexible and effective direction; establish a Task Force on union member development in key areas. At the same time, focus on training to improve professional qualifications, fostering skills in mobilizing union member development, dialogue and collective bargaining for grassroots trade union officials. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization for the establishment of grassroots trade unions and union member development.
