In particular, the Commune Trade Union focuses resources, creates breakthroughs, develops union members and establishes grassroots trade unions, especially in non-state-owned enterprises and informal sector workers.

Along with that, Dong Anh Commune Trade Union implements solutions to build a team of trade union officials, especially grassroots trade union presidents of enterprises, outside the state sector, key officials, new officials, focusing on training in skills to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, and skills for dialogue and negotiation.

It is known that with the current quality of operation, the grassroots trade unions of Dong Anh Commune Trade Union are currently operating quite effectively.

For example, activities to care for union members and workers during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 are concerned by the Commune Trade Union and grassroots trade unions, implementing many effective and practical solutions and models, going deeper, using many different resources, attracting the attention and support of Party committees, authorities, businesses and social partners at all levels.

During the Lunar New Year, the Commune Trade Union socialized and presented 460 gifts to union members and workers in 3 communes of Dong Anh, Thien Loc, Vinh Thanh with a total amount of nearly 500 million VND.
