Da Nang - Ban Thach Ward Trade Union launches Workers' Month and responds to the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
News from Ban Thach Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on April 25 said: Ban Thach Ward Trade Union organized a launching ceremony for Workers' Month and responded to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 with the participation of more than 100 union members, workers, and laborers in the area.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Bao - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Da Nang City Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and timeliness of Ban Thach Ward Trade Union in deploying activities to respond to Workers' Month 2026.
According to Mr. Bao, Workers' Month this year takes place in a special context, associated with many political events and major holidays of the country. This is an important occasion to continue to ignite the glorious tradition of the working class, promote the core role of the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Within the framework of the program, the Ward Trade Union presented 38 gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances with a total budget of 38 million VND. In which, the City Labor Federation supported 14 gifts, and the Ward Trade Union presented 24 gifts, each worth 1 million VND.
Also at the ceremony, the "Trade Union Meal" program was organized to better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; and at the same time create an atmosphere of solidarity and sharing, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
