Traffic safety propaganda for 820 workers in Ninh Binh
Ninh Binh organized 6 legal propaganda sessions on traffic safety and order for 820 officials, workers, and laborers in industrial zones and clusters.
The Traffic Police Department, Ninh Binh Provincial Police has just strengthened propaganda and dissemination of laws on ensuring traffic order and safety (TTATGT) in industrial zones and clusters. Accordingly, 6 propaganda sessions were organized for 820 officials, workers, and laborers.
At propaganda sessions, the Traffic Police force focused on disseminating legal regulations on traffic safety and order; analyzing violations that are the main causes of traffic accidents such as: alcohol concentration violations, drug use, speeding, not wearing helmets, driving in the wrong lane; not complying with traffic lights... At the same time, guiding workers and laborers on safe traffic participation skills, situations handling skills when participating in traffic during peak hours (early working hours, end-of-shift hours), and safe vehicle control skills on roads with high traffic volume.
In addition, the Traffic Police force also mobilizes employees to strictly comply with regulations on vehicle registration and inspection; not to drive vehicles when not meeting the conditions; not to use alcohol, beer, or stimulants when participating in traffic; to raise self-awareness and build a traffic culture in enterprises. Encourage enterprises to organize workers' pick-up and drop-off by centralized vehicles, in order to reduce the volume of personal vehicles, limit congestion and traffic accidents, and contribute to environmental protection.
Through propaganda work, to raise awareness and awareness of law compliance on traffic safety and order for all officials, employees, and laborers; build traffic culture, form the habit of participating in safe traffic, and at the same time equip necessary knowledge and skills, contributing to preventing, limiting and minimizing violations of traffic safety and order laws and traffic accidents in the area.
