Recruiting 70 lottery ticket union members in Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City

On April 25, Working Group No. 9 - Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that the unit had just attended the ceremony to admit members of the lottery ticket trade union organized by Ben Cat Ward Trade Union.

At the ceremony, 70 union members were admitted to the Ben Cat ward lottery ticket trade union.

To support union members, at the program, businesses presented 2 wheelchairs for union members with disabilities and presented gifts to newly admitted union members.

The above activities demonstrate the practical concern and care of the Trade Union organization and companion units for freelance workers. Thereby, contributing to encouraging morale and creating conditions for lottery ticket union members to stabilize their lives, feel secure in working, and be attached to the Trade Union organization.

According to Area Management Working Group No. 9 - Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the unit is focusing on developing union members. In which, focusing on developing union members and trade unions in enterprises with 25 or more employees. At the same time, developing trade unions and admitting union members who are freelancers.

In recent months, the unit has developed 18 grassroots trade unions and admitted over 2,200 union members. Among them, some enterprises with many employees such as: Cinderson Technology Co., Ltd. with 270 union members admitted, Kukahome Vietnam Co., Ltd. with 740 union members admitted, Jinfeida Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. with 330 union members admitted.
