Another grassroots trade union in Dien Bien has 100% of employees who are union members
Dien Bien - Continuously admitting new union members, many Health Centers achieve a rate of 100% of workers participating in the Trade Union organization.
On April 24, the Trade Union of Tuan Giao Health Center (Tuan Giao Commune Trade Union, Dien Bien province) organized a ceremony to admit trade union members for 10 officials and employees working at the unit.
After the admission ceremony, the total number of trade union members of Tuan Giao Health Center increased to 326 people, reaching a rate of 100%.
According to Mr. Bui Hong Ha - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of Tuan Giao Health Center, the admission of trade union members is a practical activity, contributing to consolidating and developing the Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong, affirming the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Previously, the grassroots Trade Union of Tua Chua Medical Center, Muong Ang Medical Center (Tuan Giao Commune Trade Union) organized a reception ceremony for officials and employees working at the unit.
After the admission ceremony, both of the above Health Centers achieved a rate of 100% of employees being trade union members.
