Bac Ninh promotes care activities during Workers' Month

Similarly, Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nenh Ward) plans to organize "Trade Union Meals" for about 7,000 workers in mid-May. In addition to regular meals, each meal will be supplemented with about 25,000 VND to increase nutrition, including food, milk and drinking water. Mr. Nguyen Van Chi - Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that although the support is not too large in terms of material, it has a clear meaning in improving the lives and spirits of workers.

From specific activities at the grassroots level, it can be seen that activities during Workers' Month are increasingly associated with the essential needs of workers. This is also the consistent orientation in the 2026 Workers' Month plan implemented by the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, with the theme "Workers of Bac Ninh in innovation, improving labor productivity".

In May, trade union levels in Bac Ninh province will simultaneously organize many key programs such as "May Dialogue", forums to contribute opinions on building trade union organizations, "Thank you workers" programs, festivals on labor skills, sustainable employment, as well as emulation movements for initiatives and innovation...

In parallel with that is the peak month of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions and introducing outstanding workers to the Party. Propaganda activities about the tradition of the working class and trade union organizations are also integrated on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026).
